The Church/Meeting Hall St_Pancras_Old_Church_2005

The Church was placed just inside the Village Square, it looked just like a normal church but the inside was a lot bigger than most. The rows of benches were placed in and orderly fashion. It had large painted windows displaying images depicted in the bible, some of the older villagers couldn't read but could comprehend just fine. When it was time for a meeting the benches could be pushed to the sides making more room, this would transform it in to a meeting hall. Often, they would discuss crops or livestock gains and losses.
